About the Role
We are looking for a talented Financial Accountant to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, preparing reports, handling VAT, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial records & general ledger.
Prepare monthly & annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable/receivable & reconciliations.
Handle VAT filing & ensure compliance with UAE laws.
Monitor budgets, cash flow & project forecasts.
Support audits with accurate documentation.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
✔ 2–3 years UAE experience in financial accounting (Real Estate preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT & UAE accounting standards.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software (ERP, Tally, QuickBooks).
✔ Excellent Excel & reporting skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly preferred to demonstrate expertise.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a similar industry.Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle to ensure efficiency in financial processes.
