Job Title: Admin Coordinator

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Coordinator to handle daily office administration, support HR and management teams, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and document filing
• Prepare and update reports, letters, memos, and office records
• Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
• Support HR in attendance, leave records, onboarding, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
• Manage office reception duties (visitors, couriers, etc.)
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and followed
• Prepare invoices, petty cash records, and basic admin finance reports

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of admin/coordination experience in UAE
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
• Arabic language (optional, preferred)
• Immediately available candidates preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
