Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Admin Officer located in Essex. The Admin Officer will manage general administrative tasks, provide administrative assistance, and maintain office procedures. Responsibilities include managing communications with clients and staff, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring efficient organizational support. The role is crucial to maintaining day-to-day operations and delivering excellent service to all stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organizational and Time-Management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Essex and handle tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools is advantageous
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
