Administrative Assistant – The Tradesmen Group LLC (Plain City, OH)
About Us:
The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is a trusted federal restoration contractor and a 100% employee-owned organization. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our headquarters team and help keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple business functions
• Participate in meetings, record notes, and assist with follow-up actions
• Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
• Manage phone calls and coordinate routine administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (skill assessments may be required)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
