Job title: Administrator

Function: NRC Crane Hire

Job reports to: Service Manager

Location: Orsett, Grays RM16

Hours: 45 hours per week - Office based ( No hybrid working)

Join Our Team: Working in a fast-paced Crane Hire environment, you will carry out a wide range of administration support duties whilst reporting to the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase Order processing – accurate order placing & internal system administration
• Maintain internal parts and consumable stock – order, assign, issue and audit
• Administer the crane servicing schedule in conjunction with the Service Manager
• Prepare and process service job paperwork
• Liaise with suppliers for SLAs, time critical deliveries and repair updates
• Maintain customer relationship with proactive updates
• As part of the team, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries etc.
• Support the introduction of COINS for the first year

Ad hoc service support needs as required by the Service Manager

Requirements:
• Experience working in a busy environment
• Experience working with efficient office processes
• Work well under pressure and retain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and solve problems using initiative
• Willingness to undertake training to expand knowledge
