Location: Ireland Salary: €34,000 – €38,000 per annum Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Management Job Type: Full-TimeJob DescriptionA leading international hotel brand in Ireland is hiring Assistant Accommodation Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager positions.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to develop their careers in a high-standard, guest-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssistant Accommodation Manager / Housekeeper:Assign daily tasks to accommodation staff and ensure cleanliness across all rooms and public areas.Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with hotel standards.Manage maintenance reporting and follow-up.Lead, train, and develop accommodation staff.Maintain inventory and promote eco-friendly housekeeping practices.Assistant Front Office Manager:Support the Front Office Manager in supervising reception operations.Handle guest check-ins/outs and reservations.Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs.Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.Resolve guest issues and enhance overall satisfaction.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1-3 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a 4-5 star hotels.Knowledge of Front Office or Accommodation operations.Strong leadership and communication skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written).No IELTS required.Experience with Opera Cloud or similar hotel software preferred.Bachelor degree is mandatoryBenefitsCompetitive salary: €34,000 – €38,000 per annum.Work with a prestigious global hotel brand.Excellent training and career advancement opportunities.Supportive, multicultural work environment.
