About the Role:

A distinguished 5-star hotel seeks an experienced and dynamic Banquet and Events Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of all events within the complex. This role requires strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and needs, ensuring their expectations are met
• Assing tasks and manage team members during events ensuring they are trained, well prepared and deliver high quality service
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost effective service
• Serve as the primary contact for clients ensuring that all requests, concerns and feedback are addressed promptly, and the events are executed flawlessly
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring events are delivered within budgetary constraints while not compromising the brand standards
• Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure that it aligns with client expectations and brand standards
• Provide post – event reports including client feedback, operational successes and areas for improvement
