**Barista & Juice Bar Sta**ff
• *Job Details**:
- Has a previous Juice & Smoothie Bar and Barista experience preferred With at least 2 years minimum UAE experience as Food/Juice Bar Sales Staff.
- Must have full knowledge of various coffee brands / smoothies and fresh juices.
- Prepare all juice bar drinks ordered consistently and safely while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Keep ready all the Items to run the operation smoothly.
- Maintain temperature record for all the Freezer and Chillers allocated for Bar.
- Perform side work duties assigned.
- Stock taking and Inventory (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
- Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment.
• *Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to fellow team members and customers
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Ability to sell proactively.
- Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.
- Effective time management skills - Strong work ethic and integrity - Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Desired Work

- Always Maintain the required standard of operational hygiene according to cleaning routes.
- Be aware of the Restaurant policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene, and fire life safety and ensure your direct reports do the same.
- Maintain the Coffee Machine and the other equipment such as the Blenders, Juicers, Mixers, knives, etc.
• *Language**: Arabic Speak.
