We are seeking a Business Development Manager.Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity will be considered. Freshers are requested not to apply at this time.In this role, you will drive growth by identifying clients, closing deals, and expanding our presence across the UAE and GCC, working closely with product, technical, delivery, and marketing teams to deliver value.Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, qualify, and acquire new enterprise clients for cybersecurity solutions. • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → needs assessment → proposal → negotiation → closing → handover to delivery / operations teams • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, including with C-level / decision makers (CIO, CISO, CTO etc.), to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sales. • Develop and execute business development / sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and growth objectives in UAE and GCC. • Respond to RFPs, prepare commercial proposals, conduct presentations and demos (technical in collaboration with presales / solutions architects) • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and customer needs, to anticipate demand and position solutions accordingly • Work with partner ecosystem (resellers, alliances, channel partners) as applicable to expand reach • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, sales pipeline, reporting to management • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, SLAs etc in coordination with legal / finance teams • Provide feedback from the field to product teams for improvements / feature requests and help position offerings competitively Education & Background • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • Experience: at least 3 years in business development / sales in cybersecurity / IT solutions / tech environment. Skills & Personal Attributes • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills; ability to articulate complex technical solutions in business-friendly terms • Strong networking ability, able to build relationships with senior leadership • Self-motivated, target driven, ability to work independently and also as part of a team • Good commercial acumen: understanding pricing, profitability, margin, negotiations • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and sales process discipline
