Drive Sales & Client Acquisition:Present, promote, and sell the full range of freight products and services to current and potential clients, including identifying new prospects and following up on leads.Campaigns & Relationship Management:Lead and organize sales campaigns, schedule client/agent visits, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Sales Operations & Reporting:Prepare proposals, update CRM after visits, generate sales reports, and ensure all activities comply with company quality procedures.Cross-Functional Coordination:Liaise with customer service and credit control teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment collections.Team Support & Supervision:Support onboarding of new sales staff and existing sales team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and business targets. Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in Freight Forwarding industry.Freight forwarding knowledge in Multimodal Transportation.Valid UAE Driving License.Excellent communication skills.Arabic language proficiency is required
