A European managed Cleaning and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking to hire a female Business Office Manager with at least 5 years experience in the UAE, (Maid service or Cleaning and/or Facility Management business only) to oversee business operations.
• *Requirements**:
5- year experience in Facilities management or cleaning company is a MUST

Full HR/Admin experience in the UAE from recruitment to HR policy development

Experience in accounts up to finalization (multiple companies at the same time), experience in managing finance team and finance policy development preferred

Experience in cleaning operations management including preparation of method statement per project, reporting, tendering, business development, etc.

Experience in assisting CEO/general manager

Effective communication skills

Proficient in English speaking and writing.

Proficient in microsoft excel, word, power point, accounting software (peachtree) and any operations software.
