As a call support executive, you will be the first point of contact for the company. You will handle the flow of calls through the business and ensure that all calls are attended and answered, providing support & information to the clients in a professional manner.
In this role, you will:
• Handle all inbound calls from clients & customers.
• Identify the needs of the customer or client, resolve issues where possible and provide solutions.
• Direct the calls or take messages and pass it on to the relevant teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional call support
• Maintain & keep a log of all the incoming calls and analyse data.
• Any other task assigned by the management
