The Role
We’re searching for a talented and driven Automotive Sales Executive to join a successful and expanding main dealership based in Braintree.
If you’re a confident people person with a passion for cars, a track record of delivering strong results, and the motivation to exceed customer expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing sales team with excellent earning potential, a strong product range, and a company committed to developing your skills and career.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed agreed new and used vehicle sales targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, from enquiry to handover
• Build long-term relationships that encourage loyalty and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of all customer contact and activity
• Handle all queries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Keep up to date with manufacturer product knowledge, finance, and offers
Your Background & Skills
• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade
• Confident following an established sales process and working to KPIs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Driven, professional, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
