The Catering Sales Manager Outdoor Catering is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the outdoor catering segment, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the execution of high-profile events. The role requires exceptional sales acumen, creativity, and strong operational coordination to deliver memorable, high-quality experiences that reflect Accor s excellence in hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, target, and secure new business for outdoor catering, including corporate functions, weddings, gala dinners, and private events.Develop customized catering proposals and presentations to meet client needs.Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners.Collaborate with operations, culinary, and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the outdoor catering segment.Negotiate contracts, prepare event budgets, and manage billing processes.Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and event performance.Ensure all events reflect the five-star standards of Pullman and Accor brands.Attend networking functions, exhibitions, and trade events to promote the brand and expand the client base.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor catering or banquet sales within a 5-star hotel environment in Dubai.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing high-value client relationships.Strong network of corporate, government, and event industry contacts in the UAE.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Impeccable grooming, professional appearance, and strong organizational skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality sales software systems.
