Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing housekeeping teams and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
The successful candidate will oversee the training of staff, manage budgets and implement best practices for housekeeping. A strong background in hospitality management is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage all housekeeping operations including cleaning, laundry and linens. Ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff by implementing rigorous quality control measures. Oversee staff training programs to ensure that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent service. Manage budgets and costs associated with housekeeping operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar position with a focus on leading high-performing teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Background in hospitality management with a focus on operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
