📍 Location: Manchester Office (Hybrid Working)
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Advisor to join our team in Manchester. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver service excellence
• Maintain accurate records and update systems with job progress and outcomes
• Support the planning and scheduling of works, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to support smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
