• Net income optimization through efficient use of resources.
• Asset management through proactive maintenance and upkeep.
• Headcount management through strategic hiring and training.
• Branch expansion through strategic planning and execution.
• ATM network management through monitoring and optimization.
• Direct report management through coaching and development.
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Experience with Oracle Property Management software.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong work ethics and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
