Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Exeter for a Customer Care Manager. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service processes, resolving customer inquiries promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, analysing customer feedback, and implementing strategies with the wider team. The manager will also oversee customer support operations and ensure timely resolutions to issues. Working hours can be made flexible to suit the needs of the employee and the business. The role is being advertised at £19 per hour at 30 hours per week, however these can be altered and agreed for the right candidate.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
• Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and drive improvements
• Great understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and internal teams
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage and guide the customer care team
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
• CSCS Card would be an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant customer service tools or software
• Driving Licence required
