You are applying for a role with Total Landlord Insurance, part of HFIS Limited – the group behind trusted brands such as mydeposits, Property Redress, Landlord Action and Hamilton Fraser. HFIS Limited is part of Brown & Brown (Europe) Limited.
Working options | office-based with optional rotational remote working in line with divisional requirements

Working hours | 37.5 (Monday – Friday) hours per week
Reports to | TLI Department Lead
What we’re looking for:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responding to all enquiries within agreed service levels making sure that a first-class service and the best advice is always delivered, so you’ll need to have excellent customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within the property sector, especially the private rented sector, but this is not essential.
Some of the things you'll get up to:
• Handling a range of enquiries relating to our Total Landlord Insurance product
• Actively developing and maintaining professional relationships with insurer partners, affiliates and other third parties
• Making sure all documentation issued and actions taken fall within the agreed service standards and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
We’d like you to have:
• An excellent level of written and spoken English with sound maths skills
• The ability to communicate clearly and precisely
• Excellent attention to detail, making sure high standards of quality are consistently maintained
• The ability to work within a team environment and cooperate with team members, building effective working relationships
• Drive and self-determination with the ability to implement solutions to problems
• The ability to plan and organise, making effective use of time and resources
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and able to learn new systems and processes when needed
• A basic understanding of insurance or the financial services industry is useful but not essential
