Customer Service Advisor

3 Month contract - Full time

Islington office - 3 days per week

Customer Service Advisor required with proven call centre experience for a fast-paced contract role within a healthcare environment.

The Roles:
• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Making calls directly to patients to discuss care and appointments
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments efficiently
• Processing and tracking patient referrals

Required Experience:
• Significant experience in a call centre environment.
• Professional, excellent telephone manner, and experience with both inbound and outbound calling
