As a Customer Service Representative at Lowe’s, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Key Responsibilities :
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product information.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Assist customers with locating products and providing recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
• Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
