Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK . As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and product-related questions. Providing information about our client's products and services. Guiding customers through account setup, usage, and troubleshooting procedures. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Contributing to the knowledge base by creating and updating FAQs and support articles. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Patience and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and technologies. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working a hybrid schedule, attending the office as required for team collaboration and training in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK . High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus. This role requires individuals who are passionate about helping others and possess excellent communication skills.
