The Hours You’ll Work;
• Dayshift Only.
• Flexible on hours, starts at 08.00am, 09.00am and 10.00am.

• MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in Newton Aycliffe.
The Job You’ll Do;
• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods across the North East, including areas such as Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, and surrounding regions.
• Load and unload items, ensuring accuracy of delivery documentation.
• Plan routes effectively to maximise efficiency and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and health & safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Handle goods with care to minimise damage during transportation
About You;
• Valid UK driving licence (clean licence preferred, maximum 6 points).
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a driving-related role is desirable.
• Good knowledge of the North East road network.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of lifting and moving parcels or goods of varying weights
