**Al Sultan Engineering Consultancy Office** is currently seeking a **skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller** to join our team.
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and manage all project documents in an organized and secure manner.
- Ensure accurate tracking of documents, including drawings, correspondences, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
- Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure version control.
- Assist project teams in maintaining documentation compliance with project requirements.
• *Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Document Controller in a **construction or engineering consultancy office** in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with document control software such as Aconex or EDMS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
