Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication support)
Assist with mobility and transfers
Maintain a safe and clean environment
Accurately document care notes and medical records
Communicate effectively with service users and their families
Engage with clients to ensure their well-being and happiness
Requirements
• *Previous experience as a Care Assistant is essential
• *Valid UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required
• *Care Certificate (or willingness to complete it)
• *Strong communication and teamwork skills
• *Compassionate and caring attitude
• *Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Working Hours & Pay
Shift times: 06:30 - 22:30 (Monday to Sunday)
Hourly rate: £13.50 (plus overtime opportunities)
