Day-to-Day of the Role: Manage a diverse caseload, engaging directly with children and families across various stages of intervention from early help to protection and permanence.Conduct high-quality assessments and manage complex cases, including court proceedings.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide coordinated and effective support.Engage in direct work with children and parents, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each family.Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights and updates on case progress.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
