Description
Our client in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a high-level Administrative / Client Service Associate to support two financial advisors in a professional, client-facing environment. This is a Temp to Hire role, offering $36,000 to $50,000 salary, plus bonuses and incentives.
This position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the possibility of 1 day remote flexibility.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
• Be proficient in Google Sheets and MS Word
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Be comfortable managing confidential client data (background check required)
• Be proactive in suggesting ideas to improve operational efficiency
• Be interested in growing into a junior advisor role
Responsibilities:
• Provide client service support to two advisors
• Manage CRM systems and track client requests
• Prepare for client meetings and follow up for missing information
• Organize and maintain digital files
• Learn to open new accounts and assist with onboarding
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in administrative, office management, or client service roles
• Strong tech skills, especially with Google Sheets and MS Word
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Interest in financial services and long-term career growth
