• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data.
• Provide detailed insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance department.
Profile
A Successful FP&A Analyst Should Have
• A degree or be studying towards ACCA or CIMA.
• Proficiency in financial analysis or strong experience in management accountants
• Strong attention to detail and commercially minded.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills - ideally using large data sets
• The ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
