This role is ideal for someone who shines in a client-facing position. Whether your background is hospitality, cabin crew, performing arts, luxury retail, or corporate reception, if you’re confident, personable, and love making people feel looked after, we want to meet you.
You’ll deliver a five-star service from the moment clients and visitors arrive, ensuring the environment is welcoming, organised, and running smoothly at all times.
What you’ll be doing:
• Creating a warm, professional welcome for all clients and visitors
• Ensuring the reception area is always pristine, inviting, and well presented
• Managing calls, inbox inquiries, and meeting room bookings with efficiency
• Working closely with the on-site team to support daily operations
• Building genuine rapport with tenants and guests across multiple businesses
What we’re looking for:
• A naturally engaging communicator with a polished, professional manner
• Someone who truly enjoys meeting new people and making them feel at ease
• Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and front-of-house systems
• Experience in hospitality, cabin crew, performing arts, luxury service, or corporate reception
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm or 8am–5pm
Location: Fulham Green, London (moments from Putney Bridge)
Salary: £29,000
