• *Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, serve, and sell a variety of coffee drinks, smoothies, and refreshing beverages using fresh ingredients and nutritional supplements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Take in-site and delivery orders, interacting with members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide nutritional information and suggestions to members regarding beverage options.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with Optimyze staff and management to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for members.
- Contribute to the overall ambiance and positive atmosphere of the studio.
- Support with basic reception tasks.
• *Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a barista, preferably in a cafe or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and an appreciation for quality beverages.
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and delicious coffee, smoothie, and healthy juice creations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Passion for health, wellness, and promoting balanced living.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• *Requirements**:
- Full-time availability, shifts are between 8 and 10 hours with one day off.
- Eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi.
- Understanding of nutritional values and ingredients used in smoothies is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a gym or fitness facility is a plus.
