We are looking for Teaching Assistants who can bring energy, reliability, and proven classroom experience. You should feel confident working across different year groups and providing high-quality support to both teachers and pupils.
Essential Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience working as a Teaching Assistant
Confident supporting pupils in whole-class, small-group, or one-to-one settings
Able to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday, for long-term placements
Desirable Qualifications
STAL (Supporting Teaching & Learning) qualification
ELSA or Thrive training
HLTA status

Pay Rate
£88.94 per day, with potential for higher rates depending on the school, your experience, and your qualifications
