We create and distribute high-quality, compliant hemp and THCa products under multiple in-house and partner brands. Role Description
We’re looking for a talented, fast-paced Graphic Designer to join our creative team full-time on-site. You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our expanding lineup of brands and marketing materials.
Responsibilities include:
• Designing brand identities, packaging, and logos for both internal and client brands
• Creating print and digital assets for marketing, social media, and product campaigns
• Translating ideas and feedback quickly into polished visuals
• Maintaining consistency across all visual materials and platforms
• Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to meet fast-paced deadlines
Qualifications
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and packaging work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent eye for typography, color, and layout
• Detail-oriented with strong creative instincts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in a similar role or in consumer product branding is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting at $25/hour (based on experience)
