Description

Furze Field Manor is seeking a Head Chef to manage the kitchen and staff in a care setting

The role requires planning, preparing, and cooking nutritious meals in accordance with residents' preferences and dietary needs

Responsibilities include supervising the catering team, managing the catering budget, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and monitoring food stocks

The position offers an hourly rate of £21.85, a full induction training program, paid breaks, a fully funded uniform, Blue Light Card, enhanced DBS check, a referral bonus scheme, and free meals during shifts

Work hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 on a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off, averaging 35 hours per week
