HR Advisor
Salary: Up to £38,000
Location: Mildenhall (Hybrid – typically 1 day working from home depending on business needs)
Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled HR Advisor to join a growing organisation based in Mildenhall. This position is ideal for someone confident in providing hands-on HR support and building strong relationships across all levels of the business. You’ll be a key contact for employees and managers, helping to embed good practice and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clear, practical HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Support all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and induction to ensure a smooth start for new joiners.
• Carry out HR administration including contracts, payroll information, benefits, and maintaining HR systems.
• Track absence and performance matters, helping managers prepare for and manage meetings and follow-up actions.
• Assist with HR projects, audits, and engagement activities aimed at improving processes and strengthening team culture.
Requirements:
• CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent hands-on HR experience).
• Strong background in providing HR advisory and administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, construction, or care.
• Confident managing ER cases from initial query to conclusion.
• Competent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• HR system experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organisational ability.
• A proactive approach, with an interest in continuous improvement and project involvement.
