Description
· Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support.
· Manage recruitment coordination, including liaising with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
· Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and employee records.
· Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback to candidates/agencies.
· Assist in sourcing profiles from job portals, databases, and manpower supply agencies.
· Ensure compliance documentation and employee files are complete and up to date.
· Prepare reports, HR analytics, and maintain accurate Excel trackers.
