Job Description:

The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in managing the human resource functions within our organization. This position requires a strategic and operational focus, ensuring that human resources practices support the company's goals. The HR Executive is responsible for developing and implementing policies, leading recruitment efforts, and fostering a positive workplace culture. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Your role is central to shaping the workforce and ensuring our employees are supported, engaged, and aligned with the company’s mission. You will be expected to keep abreast of HR trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices throughout the business.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring company needs are met.
• Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
• Design and update comprehensive company policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Manage employee relations issues promptly, promoting a positive workplace environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support managers in performance management processes.
• Identify training needs and organize development programs to support employee growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating practices as necessary.
• Monitor HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to plan succession strategies for critical positions.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture through targeted programs and initiatives.
• Manage the HR budget efficiently, aligning resources with strategic priorities.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices within the industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent management strategies implementation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions.
