Our client is a successful ERP software reseller & consultancy.

With ambitious plans, they require an HR Manager to help retain, develop, and hire exceptional people.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications:
• Personable, robust & pragmatic
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 3-6+ years' experience in Human Resources at an international tech firm
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communication skills
• Attention to detail and sound judgement
• Experience in dealing with offshore colleagues
