A company is looking for an HR Manager - Talent Acquisition with a focus on recruitment of sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruitment to build a sales department and support administrative roles
Oversee HR generalist tasks including compliance, benefits, and employee relations
Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition strategies and present metrics to meet goals
Required Qualifications
Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment of sales positions
HR Generalist experience
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience in a smaller organization with growth in employee count
Experience in marketing / media channels is a plus
