Job Summary

This HR Service Centre Advisor role is a 5-month fixed-term contract at TJX Europe. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for hiring managers and new associates across the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert support via phone and email to managers using our Talent Management System
• Create and issue employment contracts, and follow up with new starters to answer queries
• Initiate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with Right to Work requirements
• Monitor call volumes and maintain high service standards
• Maintain accurate records and support regular reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance manager self-sufficiency
• Collaborate with your team and manager to resolve issues and share best practices
