The Role

As the HR Advisor, you’ll work closely with and report directly to the Head of HR. You’ll play a key role in building an exceptional employee journey, leading on onboarding, HR processes, people operations, and providing trusted advice to employees and franchise partners.

Please note: For the first six months, as the HR team expands and new structures are implemented, there will be a significant amount of administrative work involved. This is a great opportunity for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves, establish efficient processes, and grow into a broader remit as the function develops.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design & Deliver a Standout Onboarding Experience

- Develop and refine onboarding processes, induction content, and documentation.

- Partner with IT, managers, and training teams to ensure every new starter has a seamless introduction.

- Coordinate and lead induction sessions and onboarding events.

Drive Smooth and Effective People Processes

- Manage right-to-work checks, background screening, and all pre-employment requirements.

- Own all employee lifecycle processes within the HRIS (Humaans).

- Maintain accurate, compliant employee data and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide Reliable Employee Support

- Be the primary point of contact for new employees, contractors, and franchise partners.

- Gather feedback to enhance the new hire journey.

- Play a key role in fostering an inclusive, positive, and engaging workplace environment.

Support Day-to-Day HR Operations

- Process employee changes quickly and accurately.

- Manage HR inboxes with professionalism and care, escalating where appropriate.

- Assist the Head of HR with admin tasks, meeting notes, and HR or L&D project work.

Ensure Compliance & Best Practice

- Maintain documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.

- Assist in creating HR and learning materials.

What You’ll Bring

- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification or working towards

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational ability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity

- Excellent attention to detail and written communication

- A valid driving licence (occasional travel required)

Hybrid Working

This role offers a hybrid model, with at least four days per week based at the Godstone Head Office.
