Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a permanent HR Advisor to join a team based in Newport. The HR Advisor will provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring best practice in HR operations, employee relations and people development. This role will also emphasise leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies-particularly artificial intelligence (AI)-to enhance HR processes, improve employee experience, and support data-driven decision making. Provision of day-to-day HR advice, support and practical guidance to line managersMaintaining local and global HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and producing reports to support decision-makingInput and Maintenance of the local HR Systems and Global HRIS System for all sitesSupporting the full life cycle of the employeeSupporting with recruitment interviews, working with the central recruitment teamChampioning the use of HR technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, streamline processes and enhance workforce insightsEnsuring an end-to-end process for on-boarding for all employees is in evidence and fully documented, paying particular attention to all required new starter paperworkConducting exit interviews for leaversAbsence Management Controls - liaising with Line Managers and supporting with capability case management to review and evaluate relevant actionRegular meetings with Departmental Managers to discuss holidays/recruitment/current issuesSupporting & assisting with investigations/disciplinaries/grievancesWeekly/Monthly reporting for site managersUndertaking and participating in HR Projects when requiredSupporting the roll out of HR initiatives across the business Skills & Qualifications Qualified to CIPD level 3 On offer: A salary of £37,000 plus benefits.
