Job description
We're seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Support Technician to join our helpdesk and modern workplace team. You will report to our Head of ICT Infrastructure . You'll provide day-to-day technical support, manage Microsoft 365 and Intune environments in a Hybrid Active Directory environment , and play a key role in improving our users' IT experience across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable with 1st-2nd line responsibilities and looking to develop further in cloud-first IT environments.
This is an in office position.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business.
· Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD accounts, permissions, and groups, GPOs
· Manage devices and policies in Microsoft Intune / MDM - Deployment/Configuration
· Support and optimise Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
· Maintain and support Dialpad VOIP system and end-user setup.
· Manage IT assets, procurement, and lifecycle tracking.
· Support line-of-business applications, coordinating with vendors when needed.
· Assist in IT improvement projects and deployment of new technologies.
· Keep IT documentation and knowledge base up to date.

Job requirements
Experience:
· 1-3 years in an IT support or helpdesk role.
· Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Technical Skills:
· Windows 10/11 support and device configuration.
· MacOS, IOS and Android knowledge
· Active Directory and Azure AD management.
· Endpoint management via Microsoft Intune.
· Understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, IP, DNS).
· Familiarity with VOIP/Telephony administration.
Desirable Skills:
· PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
· Knowledge of cloud security principles (MFA, Conditional Access).
· Backup and disaster recovery awareness.
· Experience with asset management tools or ticketing systems.
· Any MCP certs or other industry certs.
· VMware/Hyper-V or other virtual technologies
