Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key influencers and content creatorsResponsibilities:Developing and executing engagement strategies to boost loyalty and user-generated contentManaging communication by responding to comments, DMs, and feedback promptly Collaborating with influencers, customer service, and brand teams for smooth interactions Analyzing performance data and generating regular reports to optimize campaigns and show ROI Leading influencer negotiations, contracts, gifting, and content acquisition Organizing product testing sessions, collecting feedback, and turning insights into actions Creating and managing discount codes, tracking sheets, and influencer documentation Running a focus group for engagement, ideation, and campaign input Exploring initiatives to scale content and enhance brand visibility Maintaining SOPs, performance dashboards, and monthly overviews Identifying branding opportunities and supporting growth on YouTube 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (preferably in eCommerce). Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and influencer culture. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
