Job Title: IT Support Technician – Configuration Team
Rate: £20.35 UMB/day
Location: Multiple sites – exact details provided on application
Shift Patterns: Morning (08:00–16:00), Late (16:00–00:00), Night (00:00–08:00)
About the Role:
We are looking for IT Support Technicians to join our Configuration Team. You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting IT hardware and software deployments across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role combining device builds, configuration, software installation, and accurate asset management.
Responsibilities:
• Build, configure, and install IT hardware and software following detailed instructions
• Perform accurate data input and maintain asset records
• Consolidate, prepare, and manage equipment for deployment
• Communicate progress effectively with supervisors and team leads
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines, targets, and SLAs
Requirements:
• Previous IT experience and knowledge of computer components
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• BPSS and British passport required
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
