We are looking for a Junior Paralegal to join our London office and help support our lawyers and clients across a varied international caseload. The roles also involves effectively communicating with clients and others, providing high-quality support to the legal team, and ensuring deadlines are met with efficiency and precision.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and genuinely excited by family law. You’ll be joining our junior team, working closely with paralegals, solicitors and partners to provide essential support.

Essential requirements
• Minimum 6 months’ practical work experience as a paralegal in family law in England & Wales. Please note: academic modules, dissertations or volunteering do not count toward this requirement.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Confident preparing court bundles, Form E enclosures, and briefs to counsel.
• Excellent communication skills, including professionalism in client interactions.
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment with regular supervision.
• High attention to detail
• Able to attend our London office at least 3 days per week (non-negotiable).
• Full right to work in the UK.

Desirable
• Paralegal certification or qualification in legal studies preferred
• Experience using legal case management systems.
• Interest in developing long-term within international family law.

What you’ll do
• Support fee earners in managing client matters from start to finish.
• Prepare bundles, organise disclosure, assist with Form Es and schedules.
• Attend client meetings and prepare attendance notes.
• Draft basic letters and emails to clients and third parties.
• Liaise with chambers, courts, experts and international counsel.
• Maintain accurate electronic filing and assist with document management.
• Assist partners and solicitors in preparing for hearings, conferences and client meetings.
• Support the wider team with occasional marketing, events or research tasks.
