Junior IT Support Engineer

About the Role Healthline Medical Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Technician to join our IT department. The successful candidate will provide Level 1 end-user support across our five medical centers, ensuring the smooth operation of devices, systems, and software applications, including EMR (Cortex), PACS, and office IT infrastructure. Requirements Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Experience : 0 2 years of experience in an IT support or service desk environment. Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of Windows OS, AD, networking concepts, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office. Language : Arabic fluency is required; proficiency in English is essential. Soft Skills : Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, time management, and attention to detail. Other : Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a significant advantage.
