Work closely with cross-functional team.Update all reports as per business requirements.Assist all clients with Sales related enquiries via phone and email.Processed Sales order, Sales Invoice and coordinate with logistic team for smooth supply.Business development, support sales efforts, support regional and global sales efforts.Deliver prom, accurate and efficient customer service which meets or exceeds the organization's standards.Maintain sales record, prepare reports and provide financial information to the finance department.Develop list of customers as sales leads by cold calling and research lead qualification.answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates and scheduling marketing events.Identify customer needs or problems, develop and present solutions or options.To contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales tea, coordinating sales activities and maintaining good customer relationships.Communicates daily with Group Business Managers to maintain a cohesive relationship capitalizing on selling opportunities and leveraging partnership with current customer base. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong ability to organize, multitask and manage competing priorities and deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationship with clients and internal teams.Proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as a part of a team.
