Lake Cleaning Operator

Job purpose:This role holder will be responsible for operating the lake cleaning machines, cascade cleaning, wall cleaning, surface cleaning ,scrubbing and grooves cleaning as per the supervisor instruction.Responsibilities:Ensure all the lake cleaning machines operates in accordance with manufacture instruction and the site health and safety procedures.Co-ordination with supervisor for reliving other operators for breaks.Ensure that all equipment is maintained in accordance with planned maintenance schedules.Ensure that all safety measures are in place prior to the work.Record keeping of daily run time in the start the shift and end shift.First call maintenance of equipment.Reporting to supervisor if any abnormalities in the work or environment The role holder will require having previous experience in operating lake cleaning machines.Ability to operate the boat and working in the water.The role holder will need to be extremely diligent organized and self-motivated.Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi.Previous experience working with Lake cleaning Operation.The role holder will require being capable of working outside and on water in harsh climaticconditions.While working within on overall plan they must also be flexible and adaptable to the changingrequirements that come with working in a developing organization.Excellent team working, organizational and communication skillsAbility to diagnose faults with machines and carry out minor repairs to machine, control box,generators, boats, boat motors, pumps, tanks and pipe work.Near Miss Reporting and SSOW .Qualification:Secondary School Leaving Certificate
