UAE experience in office administration.Knowledge about HR & PRO services. Communication skills in Tagalog & English languages. Should be open to travel nationally & internationally for Business Trips. Handle daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence.Maintain and update company records, invoices, and purchase orders. Coordinate with CEO, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, job candidates, Government bodies, Mainland and Freezone officials. Provide coordination, support the processing team and keep the customers process and records up to date. Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and follow-ups. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and the government bodies.
