Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment within our busy livestock auction.
• Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
• Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
• Providing general administrative support to team members and management as needed

Requirements
• Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
• Knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Work Location: In person
